'Check in was smooth and they even accommodated an early check in so we could get to the North Pole Experience. The house was clean and cozy, the beds and linens are SO comfortable. We did hear the people in the connected guest house, the noise from the footsteps travels through the whole house. Wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't stomping around at midnight, but simple fix with a whitenoise app. We'd stay here again.'

'We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and tall Ponderosa pines. The neighborhood is very dark and we had a challenge finding the house at night. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed. We did have to pick up some cooking oil but we got it when we were out, no big deal. The back yard was nice for our dog and we enjoyed the fire pit one night. We had a nice weekend and enjoyed our stay. Thank you'

'Stayed 4 nights in November with our son and his girlfriend. The place was large, clean, had excellent heating and was well stocked. The location was great- close to the major hikes we wanted to do and close to downtown but isolated enough to be quiet. We used the hot tub and had dinner in three of the four nights. Communication with the host was great. We will be back. '

The kitchen had everything necessary to cook for oneself though we didn't, along with a full size fridge. The beds were nice sized and comfortable. Now that Sedona has fixed their traffic problems it is easy to get into Sedona for shopping, gallery hopping, etc. Being in the canyon provides easy access to trails and the sound of the creek is vey relaxing from the condos decks. Caution that it does share a wall with the main house so there was noise from the other folks renting the main house, but they generally abided by the quiet hours.
