« The property was comfortable and a good size for our group. The beach was easy walking distance. We had plenty to do and the area is lovely for walking or bike riding. The host provided some board games which we enjoyed when we took a break from the sun. Loved that basic cleaning supplies and coffee filters were provided.My mom is 82 and was with us on the trip, the stairs were a little challenging for her. Not an issue for the younger generations, but something to consider if you have someone...

« Our family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Barbara's villa. The rental was well stocked, nicely decorated and the golf course view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach - chairs, floaties, and umbrella. We would definitely stay again! »

« **What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend! »

My husband and I typically stay in a different area of HHI because we travel with our dogs, this time it was just the two of us and Cathy's place was PERFECT! It was within walking distance of our favorite breakfast place (Watusi) and Coligny plaza, among many others! « Beautiful condo in great location. A little snag in the check in process, but Jenny fixed us up quickly! We cooked in several nights, everything we needed was stocked in kitchen. Short walk to beach, pool, and Salty Dog Cafe and shops. We had a great vacation! »

« We had a nice time staying here. This condo was very close walking distance to the beach. It was quiet, and a cozy place for our family. The only complaint I would have is the cleanliness. We had to wash some dishes prior to use (obviously several dishes and cups had not been throughly cleaned with food/drink residue) and there was an overpowering chemical smell upon walking into the condo. Other than that- it was very nice! »
