Footprints on the bathroom tile. Grungy, water damage in bathroom and a strange insistence on getting my license plate before I could get a room key. Will not be returning.
This hotel was terrible. The smell from the bathroom was so bad that we lasted about 5 minutes in the room. When we left I asked for a refund and the front desk person said I'd have to talk with Expedia.
Expedia told me that I needed to get Holiday Inn to approve the reimbursement. They refused.
I just called the manager and asked for a refund because we couldn't stay in the room because of the smell. She went on the attack said I had caused a scene-- I had very quietly told the front desk person that we'd be leaving because of the smell.
Terrible service. Dirty/smelly room.
Mosquitoes or some close relative all over in entrance ways and steps and in dining room. Gobs. On the floor, window sills, and walls. If they had been in my room I wouldâve left and demanded a refund
The staff was very helpful whenever we needed them. Rooms are nice, mattresses new and comfortable, comforters and pillows exceptionally nice. The biggest negative is location...on the very border of town, with access via a very fast 4 lane highway (no traffic lights).
