« The property was very clean and all amenities were as expected. Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. This would be an easy 5 star property if communication was improved. »

« The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...
