Situated in Keizershof, a vibrant part of Otrobanda, the apartment lies in a characteristic historic building on Emmastraat—only minutes away from Rif Fort, the famous Pontoon Bridge, and the lively streets of Willemstad.

The Area: Culture, Color & History
Otrobanda (“the other side”) is one of the historic districts of Willemstad, known for its artistic flair, monumental buildings, and lively street art. Wander through its charming alleys filled with culture, creativity, and local character, perfect for exploring on foot.

Kurá Hulanda Village
Just a short stroll away you’ll find Kurá Hulanda Village, a beautifully restored historic district where cobblestone walkways curve around 18th- and 19th-century buildings painted in warm island colors. The area is filled with small boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and local shops — a perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon walk or evening dinner.

Kurá Hulanda also houses the well-known Kura Hulanda Museum, which offers a profound and moving look into Caribbean history and culture.

The Iconic Pontoon Bridge
Within minutes you can reach the Queen Emma Bridge, the oldest and only floating wooden swing bridge of its kind in the world. It’s the perfect place for a scenic stroll, stunning photos, and beautiful views over the historic Handelskade.

Due to the central location of this accommodation and the presence of Keizershof Theatre on the property, cultural events and performances take place regularly. As a result, music, voices, or event-related activity may occasionally be audible, especially in the evenings.

Additional external noise such as street activity, neighboring properties, or nearby gatherings may also occur. These circumstances are inherent to the location and are beyond our control. For this reason, noise-related disturbances do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
