Welcome to "Ocean Sunrise". Renovated direct ocean front private end unit.

Our ocean front unit is without a doubt the most private and most desirable unit in Summer Sands. Being on the top floor we have the best views with nothing but the beach and ocean to look at. Being higher, one also hears the roar of the ocean much more distinctly. You can see the Wildwood boardwalk and Friday night fireworks on the beach from our balcony or the amazing morning sunrise which you can see from most anywhere in our unit. This is the main reason we purchased our unit. That million dollar view. The unit has been renovated with all the furnishings brand new. In the bedroom there is an upgraded queen pillow top mattress and a comfy bunk bed for the kids. The lower bunk bed mattress is upgraded to sleep an adult very comfortably. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom with additional shelving behind the door. Also find a 32 inch Samsung TV and 2 suitcase butlers........>>>>>Please note that guests at Summer Sands must provide their own linens and towels )..The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need including full size French door fridge, over the range microwave and crock pot, granite counter tops and apartment size electric oven. Also Included is a highchair. There is a 60 inch Samsung HDTV with a blue ray player. Free WiFi and 3 beach chairs with 1 umbrella , 30 can Coleman beach cooler for your beach days. The bathroom is new with a full size tub and shower. You can enjoy your meals inside while looking at nothing but the beach with no obstructions, or go down to the 2nd floor sun patio and sit at the many provided tables with umbrellas or loungers which are provided for all guests to use. There are 4 sun patios available. Please note that the direct ocean front patio is for everyone's use, not just the ocean front owners. There are two heated swimming pools and 6 gas grills to use. Fishing and golfing are only a few minutes drive with amazing seafood restaurants everywhere close by. The Wildwood boardwalk is less then 2 miles from our unit. Our location is very quiet and away from the crowds. It is a free beach so no beach tags are required. Also there are portable his and hers potties on the beach and beach equipment rental as well. Across the street is the Coronado Resort where you can have a great breakfast and lunch. .......>>>>Again bed linen and towels not provided and can be . You will love Ocean Sunrise.........Please note there is no need to check in the front office from October 1st to May 5th.

The property was beautiful. Well-appointed overlooking the ocean. Condo features nice stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and updated bathroom with great water pressure. Spacious living room with nice seating and large TV with lots of channels to pick from. Bedroom is perfect size with luxury vinyl plank flooring and plenty of storage space and wall-mounted TV as well. We enjoyed glimpses of dolphins, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and refreshing peaceful ocean views. We truly look forward to the opportunity to book again.

The location and property was nice. The view was very pretty. It was a very quiet winter getaway. I only had two concerns during my stay. The main problem was the main bed. It was very worn with two body shaped valleys and a hill in the middle of the bed. It was so uncomfortable, that I couldn't sleep in it. I had to sleep on the twin bunk bed. Secondly, it was pretty dusty (esp the curtains, blinds, and floors) and the couch was covered in dog hair. Finally, the owner never responded to any of my messages that I sent through VRBO. Overall, I had a nice visit and would stay again if those issues were addressed.

We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful, off-season stay. Nicely appointed interior with fantastic views! We have stayed in this area previously, so we had an idea of what was open or closed for the season. Conveniently located to Cape May for a wonderful afternoon, with no traffic congestion and free parking! Making plans for next year!

My friends and I stayed here for the wildwood crest half marathon. The location is absolutely perfect in regards to the race, being right on the beach, and it is a short distance to Cape May and Stone Harbor. The view from the balcony was also a highlight. The only “negative” would be the layout of the bedroom. The bunk bed and queen bed in one room do make it a bit awkward, but there is limited space in a one bedroom condo, so it makes sense! The cozy kitchen and living room space definitely make up for the bedroom space. Overall, a very enjoyable trip. I would definitely book again!

This was the perfect space for a weekend getaway. Location was quiet and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. The location was as advertised. We did experience many fruit flies in the until during our stay. While not harmful they were very annoying. Additionally, we were asked to take trash and recycling out but both bins for the entire condominium were locked with padlocks.

Took my GF for a short birthday getaway. Top(4th)-floor condo with an unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and ocean. That is to say, you are right there on the beach! East-facing of course, so we could watch the sunrise while sitting in the chairs pictured in the listing, and frankly, some of the bets SUNSET skies I've seen although you can't exactly watch the sun sink - not being blinded by the sun gave a much richer color to the sky and we could literally watch the night slowly roll over us. Apt was nicely appointed and the bed was comfy. You do have to bring linens/towels, and you might want to bring a dishtowel too (there is a dishwasher). There are beach chairs and you just walk out of the building and you are at the dunes. About 100yds to the beach which is wide and flat, perfect for long walks. The beach does flood at high tide, but very shallow. We were there during the week in the middle of October and the weather was wonderful - sunshine, cool but not cold; and the water was surprisingly not too cold go in (I didn't!). Except for a handful of passersby, we literally had the beach to ourselves. Wonderful. Many attractions and restaurants are closed, so plan around that. We felt no need to get in the car and go anywhere, but we did go to Secondo restaurant (5mins away) just over the bridge to Cape May - wonderful. And the shops in Cape May center (10mins) are open. We loved the spot/condo and will come back again!

Beautiful Condo with priceless views! Clean, cozy and a very short walk to the beach , which is always good when you have a 3 year old. They had everything and anything you can think you may need for a beach weekend !
