    Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 195 and 196.

    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

    Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the south side of The Grand, a spacious floor plan, and a large veranda ideal for relaxing after a day by the shore. The fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator for added convenience. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, a heated beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, outdoor grilling area, and lobby lounge.

    Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.

    Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.

    Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

    Please note: The residence is located on the 7th floor of The Grand at Diamond Beach.

We felt that you navigated these unprecedented times extraordinarily well. It was as close to normalcy as you can get right now and we are thoroughly grateful and appreciative of our recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to take all precautionary measures keeping everyone safe while trying to operate as normal as possible. Thank you! The members of your team always call back right away if they miss your call. They are thorough and professional and super courteous and friendly. The check in /check out process has only gotten better over the 4 years since we have been renting at The Grand.

The check-in at the Grand was chaotic.

The check-in at the Grand was chaotic. Guests all checked in at the same time. Some families utilized two or more carts while the rest of us waited patiently for carts to be returned. Only two elevators were working. Didn’t care for the wrist bands as they could not be removed and the clip was very scratchy. Suggest the old rubber bands used in the past be returned Team members are great especially Ricky.
