The condo offers two reserved parking spaces and features outdoor living spaces with a BBQ grill and a furnished balcony that boasts ocean views. Enjoy recreation at the pool and hot tub, and make the most of your beach days with provided beach gear, including 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, and a cart.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig & drip), toaster, and blender. Additional amenities include an iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and washer & dryer. The condo also features 4 TVs and wireless internet access, along with a smart lock for easy entry.
