'After another hotel & Expedia botched our reservation, Residence Inn had a room available & got us quickly & seamlessly checked in. The staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. Great breakfast included, clean rooms & good size; overall nice stay.'

'not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room. Not only did we notice that there was no elevator to the second floor. which sucks having an infant. the bed were so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep in. there was no hot breakfast at all. just cold milk, cornflakes, & fruits! not what u paid for all at! more like a $100 or less hotel, definitely not...

'Sink didnt drain, knats in bathroom, shower water hot then cold, sheets yellow stained and oil stained as well as bedspread. Front desk very kind. Gave new sheets and blanket and offered another room. Both rooms had no filter in the a/c unit. Bugs came thru mine. The shower door was scary dirty with black stuck on gunk and rust and perling paint on shower door. The walkways had oil n gum n gunk all throught as i walked back n forth from my room to get help. '

'The maid must have taken a vacation the microwave was dirty the stove and the counters were dirty. The bed was very comfy. You have to go to the office for towels and whatever else. The phone in the room didn't work. Great room to sit and read.'
