'If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas. People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt...

'Lovely clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Couple of minor things, no light above the kettle and tea making area in the cupboard. It was very difficult to fill the kettle under the tap to the sink in the bathroom, in fact we used one of the mugs to fill it!'

'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'

'I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. In some cases, guests may need to collect the key themselves for check-in, which seems to be the normal process here. Some rooms do not have a microwave,...
