Welcome to Pinnacle 7, a stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment positioned within Hamilton Island’s sought-after One Tree Hill precinct.

Designed to make the most of its elevated setting, the apartment features expansive tiled verandas with beautiful northerly views across the Coral Sea, Henning Island and the southwestern coastline of Whitsunday Island. Surrounded by tropical gardens and swaying palms, the outdoor areas provide the perfect setting for relaxed meals, evening drinks or simply unwinding in the island breeze.

With no internal stairs, Pinnacle 7 is a practical and comfortable choice for families, particularly those travelling with young children. The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for an easy, enjoyable island escape.

Entertainment is well covered with an impressive 75-inch smart TV in the main living area. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV, allowing everyone to relax with their favourite shows.

A modern four-seater buggy is included with your stay, making it easy to explore Hamilton Island at your own pace. One Tree Hill is also only a short walk away and is the perfect place to enjoy sunset cocktails while taking in the spectacular island views.

Guests also have access to the complex’s inviting tropical pool area, offering a peaceful place to swim, relax and soak up the Whitsunday sunshine.

- Please send your flight/ferry arrival and departure details plus your bedding
configuration at least 2 week before arrival, so we can book your transfer to the property and have the beds set up right for your group
- Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking — no extra overnight visitors
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our island neighbours
- Children are welcome — porta cot, high chair and baby gear available on request
- Buggy: licensed drivers listed with us only, max 4 people, no driving 1:00 am – 5:30 am, and please charge it overnight
- Please report any damage or breakages straight away — accidents happen, we just need to know
- On departure: pop rubbish in the bins, dishes in the dishwasher, and lock up
