Step inside to discover an open, single-level layout featuring two generously sized bedrooms—each with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and quality bedding—plus a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless, while the adjacent dining and outdoor spaces are perfect for sharing meals and sunshine with loved ones.

The highlight of this home is the private covered balcony, where you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy morning coffee or simply unwind with spectacular views across to Dent Island and the Hamilton Island Golf Course.

Guests staying at Heliconia Grove 4 also enjoy access to the shared tropical pool in the complex—an inviting place to cool off after a day exploring the island

- Check-in from 2:00 pm | Check-out by 10:00 am
- Please send your flight/ferry arrival and departure details plus your bedding
configuration at least 2 week before arrival, so we can book your transfer to the property and have the beds set up right for your group
- Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking — no extra overnight visitors
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our island neighbours
- Children are welcome — porta cot, high chair and baby gear available on request
- Buggy: licensed drivers listed with us only, max 4 people, no driving 1:00 am – 5:30 am, and please charge it overnight
- Please report any damage or breakages straight away — accidents happen, we just need to know
- On departure: pop rubbish in the bins, dishes in the dishwasher, and lock up
