'Very well maintained property, very helpful staff, clean room, filling breakfast, family friendly, indoor and outdoor pools, arcade, on-site laundry, gazebo, outdoors charcoal grills, pond with ducks and fish and free food at the desk for them. Outdoor fire pit(you supply the wood). Plenty of parking, great location, view of the mountains.'

'Prima kamers, wat verouderd, maar schoon en ruim. Bezochten de White Mountains in de herfst: veel hotels, restaurants en winkels zijn gesloten. Behalve de ontzettend mooie natuur was er dan ook weinig te beleven.'

'Terrible. Dead bugs all over the room. Mattress was so warm that the middle was a sink hole. Sides folded up like a taco shell. Tried to call to get a new room. Told no. Asked for our money back to stay somewhere else. Was told no. Tried to used the fire pit. No propane. Asked for the propane to be filled/replaced. Was told no. Place is falling apart. Staff sucks. Holiday weekend stay, you would think they would have cleaned the place up. Don’t stay here.'

'Room is very clean and comfortable. Accommodate check-in time if room is available. Close to major attractions (eg, clark's bear, lost river gorge & boulder caves, Whale's Tale Waterpark, many hiking trails) in the area. Breakfast is excellent, especially love the waffle, homefries and scrambled eggs are also good, I like the oatmeal as well.
