'This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. '

'We had a wonderful time at this location that we actually booked an additional night. We had 4 adults so the three rooms fit us perfectly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and space for us all the spread out even on a rainy afternoon. We were able to crab and fish off the dock and we will definitely be booking again next year. '

'The place didn't meet my expectations and while I think honest reviews and tranparency is important, I haven't had an experience like this ever while renting any homes. Then as a business owner myself, the host refuse to provide his or her name which I found odd and unprofessional. The front door would not lock properly because of a loose screw that we fixed on numerous occasions. The kitchen needs major upgrades and smelled like mold. Carpet on steps was very old and dirty.
