'I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would give it 0 stars if that were an option. The entire place was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, I actually saw a rat run across the front area, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. At one point there was nobody at the front desk.
