1. Villa ultra-luxe en bord de mer Stella Maris – Vente de lancement !

« We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I would definitely stay here...

« The private pool, beach & property grounds were absolutely stunning and way more than we expected. We had a small problem with ants the first night but George handled everything within just a few short hours for us. Both George and Aggie were very responsive. If you’re looking for a high end resort this is not your place but if you’re looking for your own piece of paradise then book it immediately! It’s an older property but one definitely worth it. Be sure to book the upper unit...

« George was an amazing host. He gave us tips on places to visit and contacts for excursions. He was attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The house was great and worked perfectly for a family with all adults. Each adult child had their own room with AC and we were on the beach less than a minute from Somewhere cafe and the snorkel tour to Aguana Island picked us up on the beach right in front of the property. »

« Highly recommend the DelEvan villas. We had such an amazing weekend as a family. Great location. The beach is right behind, pristine & beautiful. It is basically like a private beach to yourselves. No crowds, just the guests of the property. The smith’s reef is literally 2-3 mins by car or 10 mins by walk. Its a must to snorkel here. Absolutely gorgeous. The property was well maintained & clean. The pool was very clean. They had kayaks for us to use, which was super fun for our kids. Everything...

« Alessandro is an amazing host! His property is beautiful and walking distance to the beach. He set up our airport transportation and met us at the villa upon arrival to show us around. He also set up a private chef for us one night and the food was amazing! Everything you can think of was provided. He has a guy that sets up loungers on the beach daily and keeps an eye on the entrance at night which made us feel very safe. Housekeeping came daily while we were gone and even did our laundry....
