Sleeping arrangements
Up to eight guests can settle comfortably across four sleeping areas. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, cable TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath. Another offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as two twins. A den hosts a tri-bunk bed suitable for children or additional guests. This den does not have an external window but provides a private place to sleep. The lower level also includes a third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity, while a powder room sits on the main floor for added convenience.
Outdoor living
The forest-view deck becomes especially welcoming in winter, where the private hot tub offers a warm contrast to the cool Benchlands air. The entry area accommodates skis and winter gear, and both a private garage and driveway provide straightforward parking.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
