Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, this single-level townhouse provides thoughtful comfort after full days outdoors. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a small TV, offering a calm place to unwind. A den with a twin bunk bed adds a flexible option for additional guests, and while this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. The upgraded bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and bathroom essentials, creating a fresh, practical space to reset before or after time on the mountain.



Living spaces

The open-concept living and dining area creates a cozy setting for evenings spent fireside, watching snow drift through the trees. Soft furnishings and a TV offer relaxed downtime, while the dining table for four provides a natural gathering place for shared meals or planning the next day’s adventure. Set within the Benchlands, the location provides direct ski access to Merlin’s Run along with close proximity to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and the Magic Chair. When you want to explore without driving, the free village shuttle is just a short walk away, offering quick access to Whistler Village’s dining, shops, and lively winter atmosphere.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note there is no window in the den bunk room

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
