'Arrived on their busiest day of the year without meaning to, during an annual festival in Taos, yet they remained cool, calm, and friendly. I had a small problem that they worked on in the midst of the fray - until they were able to resolve the issue for me. I am so grateful.'

'We had the best time at Edelweiss Lodge and Spa! We went to Taos Ski Valley to hike to Wheeler Peak. Helen took care of us the entire time, checking on us on our hike and setting up massages while we were hiking down the mountain. The only negative was there was no air conditioning so it was a little warm in our room. Helen did come through though by getting us a fan. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend Edelweiss!'
