'Great selection of plates, flatware, bowls, pots etc. Books to read, playing cards, dvd's. Comfy beds, chocolates on arrival which went down really well with all. Million dollar views from the lounge and from 2 main bedrooms. Well equiped whiteware wise. Paul and Rose were fantastic host's and great communicators. Highly recommend staying at Rose's Retreat. Ill be back for sure.'

'Kathryn and Kevin were such lovely hosts. We had to amend our booking due to the Auckland floods and they were very understanding and accommodating. There was even a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us on arrival as an acknowledgment of how hard it had been for us to get there which was such a lovely touch. The cottage is new, clean and prettily decorated and is in an excellent location to get to Ocean Beach and the surrounding bays. We just wish the weather had been better as Ocean...
