'I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I booked the room one day in advance through the Expedia app, where it was clearly mentioned that air-conditioning was included. However, when I arrived, there was no air conditioner in the room—only a heater, which made it very uncomfortable as the room became quite warm. The biggest issue was that the room had a very unpleasant smell, which made the stay even worse. Additionally, the TV remote was missing from the room. I tried...

'The staff was nice and tried hard to please. But the motel property and it's location though were not ideal. The room we had was very dated, the carpet needs a good clean or wash, the toilet has a layer of light brown on the bottom, the noises from the road outside kept us awake late night and early in the morning. We were rather disappointed. '
