'The room was very nice and big. The pool is heated and very nice. There is a very small gym- one bike, one treadmill, one universal machine. Amenities depend on the time of year. The sauna and cafe were not available during our stay at the end of March. The location is a pretty far walk to the lake but the staff was really nice and helpful. It was easy to get Uber when needed. '

'Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...

'Such a cosy and welcoming place! The host is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. The nearby lake is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a swim. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your furry friend behind. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!'
