'For the price,I was surprised at the room.offered: old,tired small. Grateful it was close to our bus stop as we were not driving. No glasses in room. Pub downstairs great food and service. Would not recommend this accommodation if stairs are a problem- long flight up.'

'One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. 'Booked for my wife and daughter and discovered that the hotel charges $79 for two people for breakfast! This is just absolute robbery - they were rushing to a competition with no other options so just paid. Not the experience you would expect for so much money, in fact the breakfast was extremely average -less than we've had at free breakfast hotels. Overall the hotel is extremely average - view was of garbage - room was just OK - and then being ripped off for breakfast just was the topping...

'If you are looking for a place where you don't get any services other than house cleaning. Then you will be happy here. I like the rooms and I stayed mostly during the week so it was quite which I like. It's cold time of year so I didn't try the pools because they are both out doors. Parking is for one vehicle per room and they are not allowed pet's which is on the website. The reception was closed alot so if you needed assistance it's not helpful. I was happy doing my own thing though.'
