'Beautiful and peaceful property perfect for our first visit to Sayulita. Included breakfast every morning, the best breakfasts I've had in the last few years of travel in US and Asia. 'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'Firstly the property was empty, the TV brand new like we had to remove the plastic. We needed a cab so the lady sent (presumably) her husband on a dirt bike into town to fetch one as they were taking awhile. Pool was beautiful rooms were clean, common area was well put together. I had asked how I prepare coffee and she said that she would take care of it. We had a wake up call at 8:50 of a girl with a pot of coffee she was dropping off. This was my only gripe and likely due to a translation...

'The rooms are spotless, and the kitchen in the room is great. The highlight is the terrace with an incredible view of the sea and the sunset. Every evening, we were set up there to enjoy the sunset. The pool is splendid, surrounded by beautiful plants. The service is impeccable; we even extended our stay by a night! Nothing to complain about. Regarding the comments about the street being somewhat “unwalkable,” it’s nothing. It’s just a sandy street with some palm debris, nothing more! We’d do it...
