The space
We’re excited to welcome you to our charming home in Westgate-On-Sea, just a stone’s throw from the beach and local town.

Our semi-detached property, flooded with light, exudes a lovely sense of flow and space, connecting the front garden to the lounge, through to the kitchen diner and into the conservatory and private garden. We hope that, just like us, you will enjoy sunny breakfasts in the morning around the table in the back garden, and evening cocktails while catching the late afternoon sun in the front garden.

Ideally located in a peaceful residential area, our home provides the perfect base for a tranquil escape away from the hustle and bustle, whilst being within easy reach to popular towns and attractions such as Margate main sands and Ramsgate Harbour.

The nearest beach is just a 15 minute stroll away, where a beautiful bay awaits for safe swimming, kayaking, and more. Additionally, several excellent restaurants and bars, offering everything from pub grub to fine dining, are within easy reach.

The property doesn't have a dedicated parking space, however free parking is easy to find on our street and nearby streets and contains a total of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with office space and sofa-bed, a large open plan living area with ample sofa space, modern kitchen with adjoining conservatory dining area, bathroom and a private garden with seating.

Apartment Layout:
Enter through the street door and into the hallway, leading on to our cosy lounge containing 2 large comfy sofas, rug, lamp and a smart television, complete with a fire stick so you can enjoy apps like Netflix at your leisure. During colder months you can fire up our electrical stove fireplace and watch the colourful flames flicker as you snuggle up on the sofas.
Connected is the stylish open plan kitchen with plenty of surface space for family cooking, as well as a modern electrical oven and fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need such as an electrical hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Through the kitchen, you'll discover the conservatory dining area with large glass windows and glass ceiling, containing a dinner table and 6 chairs, and optional high chair- the perfect place to start your mornings and evenings.
Step out through a set of doors into our delightful garden, which has been lovingly tended to by hand. The garden boasts a variety of established trees, flowers, and herbs, ensuring there is always colour and scent in the air. Furnished with a table and 4 chairs, and beautifully positioned to catch the morning sun, it provides the ideal setting to unwind and reflect on your day’s adventures.
Up the stairs, you enter a small landing. Directly across is the bathroom, featuring a large bathtub with an overhead shower, sink and toilet. On the left is a double bedroom, with comfy double bed, bedside tables and a large bookcase containing a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment. To the right of the landing is an office space, with office chair, desk space, a computer monitor, and a sofa-bed. The sofa bed folds out into a small double bed which can fit one adult or two children. Adjacent to this room is the master bedroom. Furnished with a lavish king-sized bed, the room contains a wall mounted TV for bedtime viewing, a large wardrobe and two small bedside tables with lamps. A travel cot is also provided if needed.

You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

The property has 1 private car parking space, however for multiple cars free local parking is very easy to find on our street and nearby streets.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through its own private door. Parking can be found behind the property.

Other things to note
● Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
● The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children. Infants can also be added as an extra guest as we provide a travel cot.
● Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
● DURING YOUR STAY- My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
