« I always want to see a black owned business thrive first off. The host needs a little guidance with customer service. We got there the snow was not shoveled or even prepped for the storm no salt down or anything. Check in was 4pm which I didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. There was more than enough time for that to be done, but it wasn’t. I had to message her and ask were they going to shovel.
