'Parking was safe did not have the breakfast'

'Our room was extremely clean and was very comfortable! The bed was great and amenities were wonderful! The entire staff at checkin and breakfast were so friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast-probably the best we’ve had in a hotel! It was in a very convenient location too!'

'Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

'I’ll start by saying, don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures and reviews posted on Expedia. This property is in dire need of updating. When you first enter, you are graciously greeted by Gee, a lively, happy concierge. The lobby has been renovated and is a lovely gathering space with a modern bar and sitting area. The front desk agent, Hamilia, was friendly and quick check in. This all sounds lovely, until you get to your room… we booked the 11th floor panoramic room for a special weekend...

'Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. '
