'Perfect location, easy to find and check in was a breeze. We arrived much later than planned and the porch light was turned on for us. It was a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The house was spotless, cute and super comfy. The house rules were super simple and clear. Nicole was very responsive with communication. We look forward to staying again. Hopefully we'll get a chance to use the firepit next time. '

'We have stayed with OVR before, and this is my favorite house so far! The house was spacious (3 bed rooms) had a lovely yard, front porch and back porch with hot tub. The best part is that it sits on the bank of Meadow Run, and the sound of the water was so soothing! We plan to go back in the summer to enjoy the outside amenities more!'
