'I upgraded myself because I had points with Expedia so I did go for a cottage this time and it was excellent other than not having any Internet access because the router was down, but there was a nearby kitchen to cook which I could get Wi-Fi but not during the night on I typically like to watch my show and fall asleep. Other than that it was very clean reception. D was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.'

'The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible. The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper.'
