'I really like that the pet rooms are on the first floor and so close to the outside doors. They have amazing hospitality, and the manager Michelle is the nicest woman to talk to and provides awesome service'

'Family of 5 stayed for 2 nights Pros: Loved the easy access to West Ed mall. Had very nice and helpful front desk staff both at check in and check out. Cleaning staff/housekeeping, breakfast stafff were all very friendly and polite. Rollaway cot fit nicely in the room. Breakfast wasnt fancy but it was kept well stocked and had enough options that everyone found something they would eat even if it was just a bagel, yogurt or muffins. 'When we drove up to the front door there was a drunk man passed out in the driveway at the front door. That was the first impression and made it a challenge getting my spouse to want to stay there!'

'Our stay was all good. The only thing we noticed when we checked in was the smell of marijuana in our room. The next day it was gone thankfully. I got a bit worried because we have a toddler. Other than that, it was a nice stay.'

'The whole property was spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, the facilities in the room were excellent. There is a full sized fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave and lots of plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use.
