« Chambre sale, la salle de bain pas bien lavé, si elle a été lavé ? (je me pose des questions) seulement les draps du lit propre, oui il y a des commerces et des resto autour, c'est la seule chose bien avec le fait qu'il y est des stations de métro proches. »

« Cool hipster hotel, perfectly located walking distance from Shimokitazawa. Nice to have a little café inside the entrance. Staff are great. Room compact but livable. One negative point, checkout time of 10am is not compatible with a hip clientele who have been out late partying. It should be 11am. »

« The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. The restaurant was great with good service and meal options. The staff were so attentive and looked after us well. Small criticism was the room had a few...
