« They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite since the room we booked was “unrentable”. The bathroom had a floor tile broken, the tub drain was plugged, the furniture was worn, the front panel on the jacuzzi was hanging half open and the room smelled musty. But, the bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The room was a ripoff at $215/night. »
