« The room was so dirty, mainly the bathroom and the bathtub was clogged. Breakfast was poor too. I do not recommend. However the staff was very nice. »

« My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa.
