'Had a bit of a hiccup getting checking in but hotels.com helped immensely. Great overall stay, lovely staff'

'Fijn kleinschalig hotel, dicht bij het centrum en metro en tram. Keurige kamer. Gedeeld santair ( er zijn ook kamers met prive sanitair) was ook erg netjes. Alles schoon en goed onderhouden. Stil. Een heerlijk bed. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Leuke lobby om even te wachten. Goed gevarieerd ontbijt.'

'Een aanrader als je naar Zurich met de auto komt. Met de tram ben je binnen 20 minuten in het centrum.'

'Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hallways were a little confusing (got lost at one point), but the room was very clean and nice. There are some very beautiful views too.'

'Odd that you checked in at one building and stayed at another. Room was okay but no coffee, cabinets were taped up. Location was sketchy. Bar and lounge on ground floor with people lounging until 4:30 am. Strip club across the street with women walking aroun all night and one guy driving a $150,000 Bentley with his own parking place. 'Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. The initial response was very quick but it took more than half an hour to swap the room and to proceed. During the mean time, no word or...

'Heel fijn dat de hotelkamer een keukenblokje heeft. Alles functioneerde maar er zijn wel gebruikerssporen. Een aantal kleine reparaties en de kamer zou weer helemaal op orde zijn. En de keuken inventaris moet aangevuld worden. '
