"We've never stayednat this hotel before and based on this experience, we would definitely return. Nice big rooms with microwave, small fridge, quiet heat/AC and comfortable beds. Turn down service each day available. Breakfast has options from hot items, bagel/breads, yogurt and fruit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located about a block from shopping, food, coffee and gas. Very pleasant stay."

"So the pictures of the cabin we reserved did not match what we got. The pictures showed bunkbeds and instead we got a hide-a-bed. "

Pros Clean hotel with all basic necessities available Friendly staff Good internet speed Cons Very very limited breakfast options, Almost nothing for a vegetarian person West Yellowstone is a small town, everything closes around 3-4 pm. Not much dinner options available in the hotel. "

"I love the set up with a bar and ranch. What i did not like was i want told that the bar was closed over a month before my stay and that the restaurant had a limited menu. It was overall an amazing place but when booking i would've liked to know what I'm actually getting. If i knew everything was closed and limited i would've just stayed in town. "

"The staff were SUPER friendly. Always accommodating and sweet to us and our kiddos. Our TV didn’t work and they had a guy in there 10 minutes later who also couldn’t get it to work so he swapped the box with another room so we didn’t have to wait. Everything was clean and the hot breakfast was DELICIOUS!"

"The outside could use some touching up on the building itself. Otherwise we had a good stay and the beds were comfy! Breakfast is okay with basic options but don’t expect eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. Good coffee and easily available throughout the day though! We didn’t get to use the game room or make any s'mores as I had hoped but that was because we were too tired from being in the park all day. It was a convenient location though! Close to the gate and everything else! "

"We had a wonderful time! We arrived earlier in the day than expected, the gal at the front desk accommodated an early check in for us. We had so much fun swimming and my son couldn't get enough of the waterslide. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay there again!"
