Bright mid-century cottage in West Palm Beach’s SoSo neighborhood, two blocks from the Intracoastal and about 15 minutes from the beach. Sleeps 6: a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a sunny Florida room with two twin daybeds behind privacy curtains. Private fenced tropical yard with a koi pond, string-lit dining, sun loungers and a gas grill. Walk to cafés on Dixie Highway; a short drive to Clematis Street and downtown.

We are available via app, or we can communicate through phone messages/phone calls, whichever you are more comfortable with.

West Palm Beach features historic neighborhoods with preserved architecture, such as El Cid and Old Northwood. These areas showcase the city's history and contribute to its architectural diversity.

Guests will have access to the entire property. Guests will enter through the front door via a smart keypad lock.

Our places features three bedrooms, including two conventional bedrooms and one loft/bedroom. The "Florida" room has been converted into a large bedroom. There are tracked curtains that make this loft private from the rest of the house. There is also a pond with live fish in the backyard. There is no swimming allowed in the pond.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to help cover the cost of restoring the space to a smoke-free environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
