'Much better than expected. If I had a rental, this is how I would setup with all the amenities like a hotel from both bathrooms, to kitchen, to living rooms and the 2 bedrooms. The water station was icing on the cake. The decorations were spot on. The parking was indeed a pleasant surprise. Matt is obviously a very organized and pay attention to details owner! 'My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to launch our kayaks right from the yard. The edge of the property was paved along the lake and was a nice fishing spot. We caught catfish and bass from the shore. We would stay at...

'Property was clean, great area host was very helpful and straight forward...host has office space connected to property that they work out of but they weren't a bother to us we couldn't even tell they were there overall great stay and a bang for your buck'

'Cynthia was a great host. Super easy to communicate with. The property was as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back yard and grilled out one night. The only thing I would suggest in the future is adding WiFi to the house. We were aware beforehand so no issues there at all. Would just be a nice amenity to have.
