'Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great.'

'Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!'

'Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. Woke at 3 AM, and could not get back to sleep due to the constant traffic noise. Breakfast scrambled eggs were slightly warm and poor. Cereal soul have been a better choice. I would never stay here again'

'Property was GREAT… breakfast not so much'

'They are updating the property and what they have done so far is great! Manager is helpful wonderful!'

'What I like: Convenient locations, facilities, and airport shuttle service. Clean room and friendly staff. Things that need improvement: They missed cleaning my room. They knocked on my door early in the morning by mistake. The room has poor soundproofing. I can hear the TV from the next room and any noise in the hallway.'
