'Parking was good and close'

'Great location near many shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at times since it was across the street from the hospital. The towels were very small and when we asked for fresh ones, we never received them. We ran out of tissues and had to ask there times before some was brought. The bistro was counter service and very over priced, but they had plenty of seating. The bed was yet comfortable and the blackout shades did a good job. Would probably stay here again '

'Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...

'I was disappointed with my stay. I was moved from one poorly maintained room to another. The first room had a loose toilet. The second room needed overall maintenance rusty toilet paper holders, loose tile, the toilet stopped flushing, torn carpeting. The casino area was so smoky that I couldn't even eat in there. The pool water looked dirty. The staff was friendly. This used to be a great property too bad that the property is not being maintained.'
