'We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. 'Family ran hotel, very friendly and accommodatng. Room was clean and tidy. This is a very old building but they do a good job of keeping it up. Love the waffle breakfast. Pool looked clean and the guests were quiet. Our room faced it and we had no issues with noise. '
