« The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. »

« Cute rustic place with easy walk to Market Place. Check-in and out was very smooth. Parking spot is tight (as owner stated) but was ok for our smaller mid-sized SUV. Only slight negative was that the bedroom doesn’t have a door and we got an apartment instead of a hotel room so any *potential* snoring could be confined to the bedroom without disrupting daughter sleeping on couch. It worked out fine though. Overall a great stay! »

« This is an amazing place to vacation! We give it 5 stars! Here’s the pros and cons:Pros:- Beautiful view of the mountains- Hot tub on the deck with a mountain view- Central AC!- Dog friendly!- Very, very clean!- Full kitchen- Laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom/shower soaps and towels provided (it was sooo nice to have laundry on site)Cons (but would not keep us from booking again):- No campfire area :( - No yard space for dogs- Up a very steep and windy road, but needed to get that Mountain...

« This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year. Chick-fil-a and Chipotle were just down the block so teenagers will love this place. The only drawback is some road noise from the street out front. Buses and trucks go by pretty early in...
