« Was a decent place to stay overnight. »

« Certainement un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai eu aux Etats Unis. Bien situé en étant pas très loin de Columbia mais en étant dans un endroit tres beau. L'hôtel est tres confortable, le petits déjeuner d'excellente qualité.... Bref parfait et pour un prix très abordable! Il est certain que si je dois être dans un rayon de 50 km autour de cet hôtel ce sera mon premier choix lors de ma prochaine viste dans les environs »

« Poil noir sur le comptoir de la salle de bain a notre arrivée, housse de couette déchirée, porte de la salle de bain défectueuse (fait beaucoup de bruit) »

J’ai pris des photos que je ne peux pas inclure dans cet avis, baignoire, marron de crasse, WC, non nettoyés, draps de lit, macule de tache jaune lampe cassé ,pas d internet , Clim HS tv hs Attention Expedia refuse le remboursement ,les chambres sont louées pour du social donc rien n est entretenu, je n’ai pas pu me plaindre au gérant, il avait disparu. »

« The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed. »

« Déjeuné inclus ...il faut le dire vite. Je sais maintenant que grab-to-go veut dire pas grand chose, juste assez pour se rendre au restaurant (gruau, barre tendre et café), pas de croissant, muffin, jus. pour le reste plustot ordinaire, on aurait pus trouver rmieux pour 20$ moins cher. »

« Dirty, filthy and unacceptable. Bathroom, towels, couch, broken door latch, the worst I have ever seen and I've traveled to 6 continents. We had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty the room was upon our arrival. »

Invitation les mardi et mercredi soir à un lunch très appréciable après une journée de balade et bon moment de convivialité avec le personnel... de nombreux conseils pour visiter la région de Washington.( parking, métro....) « Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200.
