'The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!'

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good.
Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped.

'Loved the location- northern end and more residential. Was very relaxing and peaceful. Felt like we had a private beach.
Restaurant was excellent. Super friendly staff. Live music every night.
Room needs improvements- could hardly open the sliding glass door to balcony and fridge didn't cool correctly- plus it was wobbly. I ended up putting cardboard under one of the feet to keep it stable. Lampshade on desk moved when you turned it on- i turned the knob where it connected to lamp- just needed...

'The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it. 'Air conditioner did not work in our room. Went down to get a key to check on another room and there were people in 2 other rooms who had the same issue. In our second room, the air conditioner worked, but the night before we left, the toilet started leaking and had a big puddle on the floor. Hotels everywhere need to step up their game and update their facilities if they are going to charge that much money.'

'I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again'
