Chambres d'hôtes de rêve à West Chester

« The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down. »

« We didn't like that you couldn't watch the tv, as you had to have your own streaming service to connect to. When going to a hotel or B&B you would think you could watch news and thing before going to bed this was not on the website. Also, what was advertised was most rooms had whirlpool tubs, robes, but never was a listing of what your room came with, we found out when we got there that the breakfast time was at 8:30a.m. and it was continual breakfast not a real breakfast.

« The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. »
