« Lovely, quiet, hotel in a residential area very close to the River Trent. Ample free parking, although the staff will need a note of your vehicle registration.
Our superior king size room was fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is an in room kettle, tea, coffee etc as well as a coffee machine with pods
Although we were only there for one night there was plenty of space in the wardrobe and there were also lots of hangers - which makes a refreshing change....

« Have stayed here many times and rooms are clean, ideal location. Coffee maker in the shared kitchen and there is also a kettle in the room. The car park used to be very big but is now fenced in and is difficult to park your car if you have a large car. Took my husband over 5 minutes to park and it was a challenge. »

« When we arrived just after 2pm it was like stepping onto the Marie Celeste. We finally found a few customers who told us that only member of staff doing front of house was getting ice cream for their daughter. When she appeared we asked about food but was told that the kitchen closed at 2 and that we would need to go out if we were hungry.
Checking us in, she was very pleasant but hadnât read my email sent a couple of days before to say we were bringing a dog which didnât smack of...

« Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge.
Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot.
