'Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.'

'Nice cabin away from everything. Wish there was wifi but if you want to disconnect from the wood this is the place. Only downfall wasn't as close to the lake as I'd had hoped but overall nice property owner very clean and nice cabin. Many board games to play to stay entertained'

'Cozy is right, but doesnt need to be bigger for a samily stay. Also, maybe list the Keurig on the listing so folks bring pods. Smallest of first world problems but everything there was like snickers and other sweet coffee options. We had our own grounds to improvise to get a more standard cup of joe.'

'The cabin is so cute and it’s very relaxing sitting on the back porch rocking and watching the birds. Cabin is very clean and they have things just in case you forgot something. They even had cinnamon rolls for us when we got there. It’s a super nice place to stay. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.'

'We were extremely happy with this rental - the cabin was clean and the giant screened in front porch with three big nice rocking chairs was perfect and where we spent much of our time. The sheets and blankets were of higher quality than usually see at cabin rentals and this made everyone have really great nights of sleep! The location is gorgeous with beautiful hills and nature around. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again if in the area, loved it!'

Every night we so enjoyed our family time having a big fire and sitting outside around the fire pit talking, laughing and enjoying one another’s company. 'I recently visited Southern IN for a golf trip and had the pleasure of staying in the Mitchell’s cabin. Fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor area and super comfy king bed in the upstairs loft. I managed to leave something pretty important behind, and Martha was very accommodating getting it returned to me. Btw, Sultan’s Run in Jasper, IN (30 min drive from cabin) is a fantastic golf course.. just as good as the Dye Course in French Lick and less than a third of the cost to play! If I make my way...

'It’s a good thing they invented GPS, or we would have never found White Oaks Cabins. It’s located off some back country roads in a very peaceful and serene area, far removed from the stereotypes of Indiana flatness. Our cabin was warm and cozy and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature. Despite its seeming isolation, it’s only a few miles from a nice restaurant (Lucas Oil Clubhouse) and a grocery (Jaycee’s) in the town of...

'We enjoyed our cabin experience as a family for our anniversary. It was nice and clean. Loved the screened in porch. We were reluctant to find the WiFi and the tv wasn’t working nor did we have cell service so that was the only thing to note.. We did use our downloaded movies on an iPad and hooked up an HDMI cable so we made the most of it with two kiddos. Was a good opportunity to unplug and enjoy the cozy cabin experience.'
