'The price for the place is good, like everyone else, its just to sleep and the bed was clean and felt safe so that was the whole purpose. The guy in reception is very nice he even brought us ice (we where looking for it) and he went out of his way to get it for us. Overall is good'

'Harrahs has a self service kiosk for check-in which works well BUT it doesn't communicate with your account apparently. I paid for a late check-out 2pm at check-in (at the kiosk) and parking to go in and out - otherwise you pay each time. However I was locked out of the room at 12. We were at the pool and when we came back up at 1.15 to shower and leave- locked. Had to get on the line to even ask about the issue. I wait get to a rep whom I saw be pleasant to 2 prior clients (not minorities). She...
