« The rooms on the property are tiny, they look bigger in the pictures! The rooms are dated & dirty. I'm not sure we were actually clean after getting showered. The floor was gritty under foot and there were other people's hair all over the bathroom floor.
There were a lot of mixed messages as well. When booking its advised that you can check in from 3 but check in forms we received implied you can't check in before 5. Breakfast was another mix of messages with staff not being clear either....

« The room was really clean. Bath was updated and loved the towel warmer. The rooms could use an update, down-side was is was really dark. More lamps or brighter bulbs would be appreciated.
The dining area has great food, we had a dinner and two breakfasts. The full English was more than my husband could eat. All in all a delightful stay. »
