'The quaint-Texas elegant farm house with its comfortable furnishings and historical artwork was perfect and priced right. The private treed site and fire-pit rock and forest back yard more than offset the older style of the house. What topped it all was the walk through the orchard to the stunning private riverside setting where we spent hours in seclusion and beauty. The host delivered warm muffins and even had plenty of coffee and other necessaries all in position. We will be coming back.'

'After reading reviews about hearing the bar across the street, I was nervous that we would not be getting the quiet weekend away that I had planned, but the music was actually great! We ended up sitting on the porch all three nights we were there enjoying the music and dancing on the porch. Def one of my favorite places that we have ever stayed.'
