The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the house. Upon entering is a washer and dryer available for guests to use, as well as a sunroom with seating. The apartment unit is located down the stairs in the basement. The space is fully sealed off with a wall and completely private.

KITCHENETTE - kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. NOTE: due to city regulations, there is no kitchen sink. A wash bin is provided.
